Conclusion: I have a weakness for Sauvignon Blanc and particularly by those of Patagonia, it seems that these sites lose enough variety typical aromatic descriptor "cat pee" or "rude", I personally bothers me a bit. They are both very good products and I have always followed blindly try and parallel to accompany a chicken after "Chulengos." We like the Marcus, but also a bit more expensive, so the PRC is very good for both wines.
is a great choice for fish or chicken without much seasoning, more austere than the ubiquitous Chardonnay.
