I appreciate the meeting that gave me the chance to meet my "friends bloggers and the tasting was also very interesting, I wanted to highlight a comment for Fernando in a moment of tasting said " A Sometimes we get too demanding and too critical of a wine or see it from the technical and fail to enjoy it .
I was thinking and I recognize many times that being so, so when I taste a wine I try to be as objective as I can lose the enjoyment and many times I tried unbalanced wines that I like and I still buy so assiduously.
I approach then we should always remember: "The best wine is one that we like" , regardless of both their imbalances or defects not?

Wines tested were:
Ampakama Viognier 2010 (Casa Montes - San Juan) - $ 19: I liked
Bonfanti Rosado Malbec 2008 (Roberto Bonfanti - Mendoza): Maso. Evil right aroma and aftertaste.
Don Diego Syrah 2006 (Finca Don Diego - Catamarca): I liked
Antigal 1 Malbec 2007 (Antigal Winery - Mendoza) - $ 68: I liked it, is original.
ChaƱarmuyo Estate Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc 2005 (ChaƱarmuyo Winery - La Rioja) $ 40: I did not like
Paradigm $ 2,007 85 (Domaine St. Diego - Mendoza): Maso. Something expensive.
Piedra Parada Merlot / Pinot Noir 2007 $ 89 (Patagonian Wines, Chubut): I liked it, deserves to be tested is expensive.
Two details:
Paradigm 2007 - $ 85: a generic Malbec / Cabernet Sauvignon / Cabernet Franc and no wood has a Regular RPC is a good wine but I've made several times, something dull flavor but with very good balance shout his mouth neatly hand Angel Mendoza. I prefer the 2005 Thoroughbred of the same warehouse, which is more complex and less expensive.
Piedra Parada 2007 - $ 89: other generic Merlot / Pinot Noir of Chubut, the new winery that Weinert built in the Hole in the River Faldeos Epuyen, and had tested it on another tasting is ruby red transparent, shallow and very uniform in cup. The aroma is green pepper note, which is more than that of merlot cabernet ....... is rare. In the mouth, a slight imbalance forward and the sides of the tongue is high acidity and tannin. Have persistence medium / low. The RPC is bad, but I think all wine lovers should try to learn how wine is a short cycle varieties and cold weather, strange in the mouth.
