Pregnancy And Bleeding More Condition_symptoms

Canale Winery Estate Pinot Noir 2009 vs. Saurus Pinot Noir 2007

Following parallel benchmarking Patagonian Pinot Noir in a group 4 people tried to blind two wines from different areas and add, one of General Roca - Black River and other St. Patrick's Chañar - Neuquén.

CANALE Estate Pinot Noir 2009 :

Winery: Humberto Canale
Area: General Roca - Rio

Black Color: Red something already evolved rubi tile, with low brightness and low depth.
Aroma: but also is spicy, almost no fruit, something maderizado old-fashioned and slightly alcoholic. Very low volume of aroma, flat.
Taste: structured, fresh and slightly tannic, slightly sweet attack and good acidity. Right balance in the mouth with mouth center and side something. Its alcohol content is 13.9 and has low persistence.

Conclusion: the color seems a more evolved wine aroma is flat, but in the mouth is very well behaved, balanced and fine, pity the poor persistence.

Value: $ 55
Quality / Price: Regular

SAURUS Pinot Noir 2007:

Winery: Bodega Familia Schroeder
Area: San Patricio del Chañar - Neuquén

Color: ruby \u200b\u200bred with a water-violet reflections and shallow.
Aroma: mild fruity, some raspberry / strawberry, it shows some wood smoke. Aroma volume medium / low.
Taste: tangy green , angular attack without sweet and very high acidity. In the mouth is clearly unbalanced sideways, with a very uncomfortable feeling of bitterness. Its alcohol content is 14.3 ° and has medium-low persistence.

Conclusion: very good color and nothing changed for her age, we see that the good acidity and great weight alcoholic have remained very healthy since 2007, has a good nose but disappoint in the mouth a lot, is green and tart, with unpleasant feeling of bitterness.

Value: $ 48
Quality / Price: Mala

Conclusion: two completely different wines seemed younger in 2007 than in 2009, the Saurus bothered in the mouth, so we prefer the Canale Estate 2009, despite being unsightly color and aroma flat behaved very nice and balanced in the mouth.
